LSW completed the pre-design study and design of Clark College at Columbia Tech Center. This 70,000 SF building offers comprehensive program to an important campus, located right in the heart of Vancouver's tech community and within walking distance of several high schools. Highlights include specialized science labs, computer-based instruction, offices, study space, and a community/business training center.

A Community Bridge

The building provides an avenue for Clark College to foster relationships with local businesses and industry partners, which supports the College's strategic vision. As a satellite campus, it was important that the building exterior remain consistent to the Clark College standards; brick, precast concrete, and aluminum composite panels contribute to its sense of identity.
