HANA Apartments consists of two buildings, each 4-stories, in the fast-growing district of Hillsboro, Oregon. The developing neighborhood is uniquely positioned to serve working professionals in the tech-space.

The design concepts look for a variety of ways to blend functionality with a sense of connection to the green spaces nearby, offering residents a place of calm after a day at the office or a place to work remotely. A primary focus point is the park at the NW corner of the site. The transparent storefront at the main lobby includes coworking spaces to engage users at the ground level and connect them visually toward the park and physically to other tenants.
