LSW recently welcomed Concierge, Heidi Lynch, to the firm. A well-rounded individual gifted and skilled in many different areas, she brings an extensive background in hospitality and customer service. Her role at the firm provides support for LSW’s internal and external clientele experience.

Originally from California, Heidi followed her education and career path to Virginia and later moved to the Pacific Northwest with her family to be close to her sister. Since graduating with a degree in literature, she has worked with a variety of industries, allowing her to build on her numerous skillsets and expertise.
Since starting at LSW, Heidi has had the pleasure of curating the physical space to optimize everyone’s experience and make sure things run smoothly. “I get a great deal of satisfaction in helping provide structure and to provide the best positive encounters, not only to our clients but also to the overall LSW team. I look forward to supporting the firm in any way I can as Concierge.”
