Responsibilities
- Design multi-family housing and mixed-use projects.
- Participate in all phases: concept, documentation, and contract administration.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
- Mentor junior staff to support technical and design growth.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- 6-10 years of experience in multi-family housing.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Strong knowledge of codes, materials, and building systems.
- Familiarity with project management processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Licensure preferred.
- Experience with K–12 or public sector projects is a plus.

Pay Range
$72,000 – $110,000
