Located in a waterfront-facing office condominium in Downtown Vancouver, this large, open floor plan maximizes its position with plenty of natural light and glass, taking full advantage of its views. Divided into two parts, the layout consists of a semi-public gathering/meeting space with an added bar area to boot, along with a fireplace and several seating options on one side. A custom wood art installation, produced by a local tattoo artist, adds texture and pops of color, contrasting with the client’s personal taxidermy above the fireplace. The personality of the two tenants that share the floor were combined to create an environment that showcases their unique strengths in harmony.
